Dr. Frank-Holger Lange, LL.M. (London), lawyer and notary, has studied the Law in Hanover, Germany, and International Commercial and Corporate Law at King’s College in London (Master of Laws, LL.M.). He is a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law as well as for banking and capital market law. In addition to his work as a lawyer and notary, he is a member of the Lower Saxony State Judicial Examination Office and the Examination Office for the Notarial Specialist Examination at the Federal Chamber of Notaries as an examiner; he is also a lecturer in Corporate Law for the German Lawyers’ Academy/Notaries’ Academy.
