Mr Landers studied law in Hanover. The focus of his legal advice is on the supplier industry, on commercial and corporate law and generally on company-related civil law. His legal advice in the automotive sector includes the following areas of specialisation:

  • Review of supply contracts, framework agreements and general terms and conditions of business, purchase and delivery
  • Extrajudicial and judicial enforcement of claims arising from or in connection with supply contracts or other agreements in business transactions (e.g. contract fulfilment or adjustment, warranty, damages)
