Our work begins with the drafting of contracts. We advise you on the termination of employment and service contracts and negotiate settlements in the event of a dispute.
We represent both employers and employees in dismissal proceedings and in all other conceivable labour court proceedings at all instances. In the case of transfers of undertakings, mergers, transactions and restructurings, we solve problems under both labour and employment law.
